The Almighty has assigned everyone some sort of responsibility. The aged are looked after by their wards or in adverse circumstances by NGO's. The helpless are taken-care of by those who are helpful. Likewise we, as members of Ludhiana Educational Society (Regd.) have been assigned the task of educating the deaf. The mission started in the year 1971. I take pride in telling you that with the earnest efforts of our dedicated teaching staff, the students of our institute are serving the nation in the Army, Navy and other reputed organizations. The school has a well equipped Computer lab, modern Speech room, Art & Craft room & Home science lab. To keep pace with the latest techniques of teaching, we have introduced education through smart classes on the interactive board. The school has a well equipped auditorium with a seating capacity of 400 persons.

Along with good education, full care is taken of the health of the students by way of regular medical checkup camps. The students are regularly taken on excursions. The school has a residential hostel with all good amenities for 50 students in Tagore Nagar. Students from different states come to study in this school and stay in the hostel.

Today, I, can claim that this is one of the best school for the deaf in North India.

My mission is to further upgrade this school with latest methods of education for the differently abled and I want to see every student of this school smiling and be successful in their life. "Their smile is a signature of God on their face. Do not allow it to be washed away."

कार्य भार संभालने के पश्चात स्कूल को ऊँचाइयों तक ले जाने के लिए अथक प्रयास किए । अगर ईश्वर ने मुझे यह कार्य सौंपा है तो मैं उसे पूरी लग्न, निष्ठा और ईमानदारी से निभाऊँगा । मिट्टी को छू कर जो सोना बना देते हैं, अगर उन लोगों में ईश्वर ने मुझे शुमार किया है तो मैं इन बच्चों रूपी कच्ची मिट्टी को जरूर सोना बनाऊँगा । लुधियाना के प्रतिष्ठित हस्तियों से मेरा अनुरोध है कि कृपया सहयोग और सहायता की कुछ बूदें इन बच्चों पर जरूर बरसायें ।
